Terms

What using keyoke means, in a few paragraphs.

The service

keyoke is a free typing test. You can use all of it without an account. By using it you agree to these terms; if you do not, please do not use it. They were last changed on 3 October 2026, and a change will be shown here with its date. Using keyoke after that means you accept the new version.

Accounts

An account is optional and exists only to sync your typing between devices. Keep your sign-in to yourself, since anything synced under it is treated as yours. You can delete the account and everything it has synced at any time on the account page. We may close an account that breaks the rules below.

Your typing is yours. You let keyoke store and process what you sync only to show it back to you and to run the service, as the privacy page describes.

What not to do

Don’t send automated or forged traffic to keyoke’s servers, try to reach another person’s data, get around its rate limits, or use it in a way that breaks the law or harms the service for other people.

As it is

keyoke is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. It may change, pause or stop, and synced data could be lost, so keep an export if it matters to you. As far as the law allows, the people who run keyoke are not liable for any loss that comes from using it, or from being unable to use it.
